For installations performed after January 01, 2020, your High Performance Earthworks septic installation comes with a 2-year guarantee that our installation work will be free from defects after completion, or we will repair and correct any work-related errors at no charge.

The High Performance Earthworks warranty applies to the machine and labor installation and excavation services alone and does not include parts, materials and the like. A minimum $150 Call Fee is billable to the customer at the time the unit is inspected by High Performance Earthworks. Should the unit prove that its failure is a result of negligence or error on behalf of High Performance Earthworks, the $150 Call Fee will be waived.

The customer must demonstrate that any problems arising from a warranty claim are clearly and demonstrably a result of an error caused by High Performance Earthworks' installation services or one of its staff. Any defects due to material or manufacturer production, design, or other errors must be covered by the manufacturer warranty and are not covered by High Performance Earthworks.* Further exclusions include Acts of God, Natural Disasters and any septic failures that result from customer misuse rather than problems that are demonstrably attributable to High Performance Earthworks’ installation services.

If High Performance Earthworks discovers at any time during their warranty claim inspection that any defect, damage or malfunction of the warrantied system is a result of owner negligence, or an absence of system failure is discovered during the warranty claim inspection process, then all costs associated with the system inspection and attempted repair shall be the responsibility of the customer.

High Performance Earthworks warranty is valid within two (2) years from the date of final inspection approval received from the County of system installation.

*In the event your onsite wastewater treatment system components or parts should malfunction or fail, please contact our office as soon as possible at (720) 514-9817. Each component installed is subject to its own manufacturer warranty terms not associated with High Performance Earthworks. We are happy to assist our septic system customers with troubleshooting and, if necessary, with submitting a manufacturer warranty claim and performing any necessary repairs on a malfunctioning or failed OWTS component.
